The effective solution to the ENERGY, GLOBAL WARMING, AND ECONOMIC CRISES can be encapsulated in just two  words: EFFICIENCY EDUCATION.

Operations and Maintenance departments rely on the power, speed and versatility of machinery and technologies; but with the concern of the worsening Global Warming, there is the strong need for keeping equipment and facilities safe and efficient. With fewer workers and more tasks to complete, managers and technicians need to make machinery safety and efficiency a high priority. A thorough training provided on a regular basis helps achieved these goals; that also results in decreased machine downtime, cost savings, and reduced Greenhouse Gas Emissions. Be sure to train the right people for the right job, and help mitigate Global Warming.

COMMENT FROM FACEBOOK

Arnel Amador: Your rates are equivalent to about US$350. Over here the type of training that you offer would cost about US$1000.00 + Tax (could be more). Your trainees are getting top quality and excellent training at very low rates. They should grab that opportunity right away!

PUMPS & PUMPING SYSTEMS COURSE (Sept. 27-28, 2011): Design, Installation, Operation, Maintenance

For a more educated and fine-tuned workforce to face the triple crises of ENERGY, ECONOMICS, and CLIMATE CHANGE.

NOTE: The above outline reflects typical course content and is not meant to show a daily schedule. Daily schedules and course material covered may change due to the differing needs of each individual class.

COURSE DESCRIPTION: This two-day course presents a comprehensive and practical study of the different types of pumps commonly found in industry. This course provides participants practical knowledge and understanding to properly select, install, operate, and maintain various pumps and their corresponding piping systems. Although other types of pumps are discussed, the most common centrifugal pump is given much time in the course. Corrective measures are given to solve pumps' troubles, as well as, reduce pump failures to minimize your maintenance costs, reduce downtime, and improve productivity.

OBJECTIVES: After this course, the participants will be able to: (1) Properly select the right size and type of pump based on the liquid to be transferred, and the systems head. (2) Calculate the Total dynamic Head (TDH) and NPSH available. (3) Properly operate, troubleshoot, and maintain pumps and their associated pipes/fittings.

TRAINING METHODOLOGY:  (1) Lecture with powerpoint slides, videos, and animations. (2) Design Workshop of a typical pumping system. (3) Questions and Answers Open Forum.

WHY THIS COURSE... Any  malfunction or breakdown of a pump could damage other equipment, even paralyze or stops production. Pump failure reduction can save your company a very sizable amount of money each year, in addition to increased productivity.

AIR-CONDITIONING/HVAC EFFICIENT DESIGN SEMINAR-WORKSHOP

COURSE DESCRIPTION AND OBJECTIVES: This 3-day course provides a comprehensive design study and workshop of the commercial and industrial air conditioning (HVAC) systems. This design course will give participants practical knowledge and understanding of the efficient design, operation, and safe maintenance of refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment (HVAC systems) found in industrial and commercial establishments. Topics covered include: properties of air and water vapor, bodily reactions to air conditioning conditions, factors affecting heat transfer in buildings, methods of determining heat loss and heat gain, etc. Methods of determining duct sizes are given. Various cooling/refrigeration systems are explained. Design of chilled-water system is also discussed comprehensively. After this course, the participants will be able to design HVAC systems in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. The course will be conducted in a step-by-step practicum and hands-on of the lessons.

WHY THIS COURSE?... Competent Design Engineering Work is essential in determining the needs to be met and the right hardware to be used in building and operating HVAC systems. If this important step is omitted, engineering, maintenance, operation, and management people will face long years of complaints and problems. And worse, the feared Climate Change/Global Warming will continue to intensify and create great havocs!

THIS COURSE IS A BIG STEP TO SOLVE THE ENERGY AND CLIMATE CHANGE/GLOBAL WARMING CRISES!
According to various studies, Air-Conditioning or the HVAC systems are major sources of Greenhouse Gas emissions, as they consume huge amounts of electricity and heat energy. They are, therefore, major causes of Climate Change/Global Warming crisis. The proper/efficient design of HVAC systems is, therefore, a major solution to the terrifying Climate Change/Global Warming crises. This vital course is a BIG step and a right direction and solution to the Energy and Climate Change crises.
Fee: P 25,000. Proceeds of this seminar will be used to finance our "CURE" to the worsening Climate Change/Global Warming crisis.

WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT OPERATION, SAFETY, AND MAINTENANCE COURSE

NOTE: The above outline reflects typical course content and is not meant to show a daily schedule. Daily schedules and course material covered may change due to the differing needs of each individual class.

COURSE DESCRIPTION: This 2-day course provides an understanding of the basic operational and maintenance aspects of Wastewater Treatment Plants and with information to help analyze and solves operational problems. This course will help you operate and maintain your plant as efficiently as possible. This course presents the operation in a step-by-step process as in the flow diagram of wastewater from influent to effluent. These includes the pretreatment, primary treatment, and secondary treatment facilities and technologies. After the course the participant will be able to efficiently and safely operate and maintain wastewater treatment plants to comply with government pollution requirements.

WHY THIS COURSE...Government regulations and public outcry against water pollution are increasing. Polluted effluents from your plant can result to the shutdown of your business. Something must be done to control water pollution. Wastewater Treatment Plants today are becoming more complex and are requiring operators with higher levels of knowledge and skills to ensure that the plants produce a high quality effluent. Proper treatment plant operation and maintenance will play a key role in this battle. Without efficient operation of your plant, much of the research, planning, building and expenses done will all be wasted.

Fee: P12,000. Proceeds of this seminar will be used to finance our "CURE" to the worsening Climate Change/Global Warming crisis.
