PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT SEMINAR-WORKSHOP

This 3-day Maintenance course focuses on Preventive Maintenance (PM) management in Buildings and Industrial Plants. Participants will be guided through the real world of machinery maintenance with the proper techniques and procedures in conducting maintenance and repair activities. Equally important, the effects of Human Factor on the success or failure of maintenance are discussed. Also included is an introduction to the technology of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Introduced is the concept of the latest in Maintenance philosophies -- PROACTIVE MAINTENANCE.

OBJECTIVE: After this course, participants will be able to: (1) Develop a Preventive Maintenance Program from scratch. (2) Improve the existing Preventive Maintenance Program in their facilities. (3) Effectively manage the recurring maintenance problems in their facilities. (3) Prepare for advancement in Maintenance Management using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), and the PROACTIVE MAINTENANCE Methodology.

TRAINING METHODOLOGY:  (1) Classroom lectures with powerpoint slides, videos, and animations. (2) Interactive exercises and hands-on workshop. (3) Question and Answers Open Forum.
